Who I Work With
Adolescents & Teens
Being a teenager can be complicated. I work with adolescents struggling with anxiety, friendships and peer relationships, self-esteem, body image and eating concerns, OCD, family dynamics, school stress, and identity.
When working with teens, I think it's important to create a space that feels like their own while also involving parents or caregivers when it is helpful and appropriate.
Young Adults
Young adulthood comes with a lot of change. College, work, relationships, independence, family dynamics, and figuring out who you are can all bring up anxiety and uncertainty.
Therapy can be a place to sort through some of that, understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and feel more confident moving forward.
Women & Mothers
I work with women navigating anxiety, relationships, burnout, identity, trauma, motherhood, reproductive experiences, and major life transitions.
For many women, there can be a point where they realize they've spent a lot of time taking care of everyone else and aren't quite sure where they fit into the equation anymore. Therapy can create some space to figure that out.
