Specialty Areas
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and moms, with a focus on supporting emotional regulation, confidence, identity development, and healing through life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a grounded, supportive space where clients can feel understood and empowered.
Children (Ages 4–12)
I use play, creativity, and developmentally informed strategies to help children express emotions, build confidence, and feel safe and supported in the therapy space.
Adolescents & Teens
I support teens facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, academic pressure, peer dynamics, family conflict, and the emotional intensity of growing up. Therapy offers them a place to talk openly, gain clarity, and build healthy coping skills.
Young Adults
Young adulthood brings major transitions—identity formation, relationships, academic and career decisions, and growing independence. I help young adults navigate anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and uncertainty during this important stage of life.
Moms & Maternal Mental Health
Motherhood can be beautiful and deeply overwhelming. I support moms experiencing:
anxiety
burnout
identity shifts
emotional overload
postpartum challenges
birth trauma
balancing caregiving with personal needs
Therapy offers a place for mothers to slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with themselves.
