Consultation & Collaborative Support

A thoughtful place to slow down, think things through, and feel supported.

Not all support needs to look like therapy or formal supervision. Sometimes what’s most helpful is having space to talk openly, reflect honestly, and work alongside someone who understands the emotional and clinical weight of caring for others without the structure or expectations of an ongoing therapeutic relationship.

In addition to therapy and LCSW supervision, I offer consultation and collaborative support for therapists, schools, parents, and organizations. This work is flexible, reflective, and focused on understanding, clarity, and next steps rather than treatment.

Consultation for Therapists

This space is for therapists who want somewhere to think out loud without pressure, evaluation, or performance. Consultation is collaborative and reflective, centered on your clinical thinking and professional experience rather than formal oversight.

We might spend time talking through:

  • Clinical questions or stuck points in cases

  • Emotional responses, countertransference, and self-doubt

  • Ethical gray areas and relational complexity

  • Burnout, overwhelm, or shifts in professional identity

  • Practice changes, transitions, or systems frustrations

My role is to sit alongside you, offering perspective, thoughtful reflection, and gentle challenge when helpful. This is a space for curiosity, honesty, and growth, not diagnosis or direction.

Consulting for Schools & Organizations

I work with schools and organizations who are supporting children, teens, and families and want a thoughtful, relational lens on what’s happening beneath the surface.

This work often focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening communication, and supporting those doing the work rather than implementing specific programs or interventions.

This may include:

  • Talking through student emotional or behavioral concerns

  • Supporting staff who are feeling stretched or unsure

  • Helping teams think more clearly about complex situations

  • Offering a grounded outside perspective when things feel stuck

Parent & Family Consultation

I also offer consultation for parents and caregivers who are looking for guidance, clarity, or perspective around emotional, behavioral, or school related concerns.

These conversations are not ongoing therapy, but rather supportive, time limited spaces to:

  • Make sense of what may be going on for your child

  • Think through options and next steps

  • Feel more grounded and confident in your parenting decisions

  • Clarify when additional support might be helpful

Consultations may be one time or short term and are designed to meet families where they are.

How I Work

At the heart of all of this is relationship. I believe people do their best thinking when they feel safe, respected, and not alone.

I bring a holistic, relational approach shaped by psychodynamic training, evidence based practices CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and over a decade of experience across schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings. I also bring lived experience of holding responsibility, navigating systems, and knowing what it feels like to care deeply.

Across all consultation and collaborative work, my role is to offer presence, perspective, and thoughtful support, not to replace therapy, but to complement and clarify.

Fees & Scheduling

Consultation and collaborative support sessions are $125 per hour.

Sessions are available virtually or in person, depending on what works best for you. Appointments may be scheduled as one time consultations or on an as needed basis, rather than as an ongoing treatment commitment.

If you’re unsure whether consultation is the right fit, we can take time to talk it through together.
