LCSW Licensure Supervision
Become the Therapist You Want to Be
Supportive. Insightful. Real. Supervision that meets you where you are—and helps you grow into the clinician you’re meant to be.
If you’re looking for a supervisor who will not only guide your clinical growth but genuinely care about you as a whole person—you’re in the right place.
I became an LCSW-certified clinical supervisor in 2021, inspired by the mentors who poured into me early in my career. Since then, I’ve had the honor of supervising many incredible therapists—and it’s one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
My supervision style is warm, relational, and grounded. I’m someone who will cheer you on, hold space when things feel messy, and offer practical, thoughtful feedback rooted in both clinical theory and real-world experience. We’ll talk through cases, explore emotional responses, celebrate small wins, and navigate the hard stuff together. You’ll never be expected to have it all figured out—you’re here to grow, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
I take a holistic approach to supervision. I believe your growth as a clinician is deeply connected to your own values, intuition, emotional awareness, and lived experience. For those who are open to it, I also welcome spiritual reflection and meaning-making into our work. Supervision, when done well, can be just as transformative as therapy itself.
My clinical background includes psychodynamic training and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP), along with over a decade of experience working in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings with children, teens, families, and young adults. I aim to create a space where you feel seen not only as a therapist—but as a whole human being.
Supervision with me isn’t just about checking a box for licensure. It’s about growing into the kind of therapist you truly want to be—confident, connected, and grounded in your purpose.
