Kayla Hambleton, MSW, LCSW (She/Her)
Clinical Therapist
I am easy going and utilize a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy. In recognizing how difficult and painful life can be, I value empathy, kindness, and play in my sessions to help clients find meaning and growth.
I believe that we thrive in relationship with one another, and experience change out of a foundation of safety and connection. This often looks like a focus on building honest relationships with my clients and providing them space to be heard.
I received my Masters degree in Social work from St. Louis University in 2020. Prior to that, I have been holding space for others in various capacities for the past 10 years, including addressing the spiritual and emotional needs of adults at end of life on hospice, dementia and caregiver support, providing grief support to adults and children, and counseling patients and families with a terminal illness.
