Savannah Squires, MSW, LCSW (She/Her)

Clinical Therapist

I am so happy you are here, and considering taking the first step in your healing journey. I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Louis in 2021, and have spent my career providing individual and group counseling to those who have been impacted by traumatic experiences- specifically in underserved communities. I have spent the last six years directing my nonprofit organization, UrbanReachSTL, Inc. which provides resources, crisis intervention, mentorships, and camps for children, teens, and families residing in public housing in downtown St. Louis.

I take a person-centered approach to the therapeutic process and I believe that relationships are the foundation of healing. The driving force of my work is that “everyone just wants to be heard.” Through relationships, empathy, and the simple act of listening, I believe my clients can not only heal, but can feel safe and empowered enough to reach their full potential. I have a specific passion for teenage girls and moms, as I feel the odds are often stacked against them and they need a specific place to feel heard.

You should be proud in taking the first step in your healing journey, and I cannot wait to watch you soar!
